Each individual may hold only one laju44 account. Duplicate accounts will be closed and associated balances may be forfeited.
You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your login credentials. laju44 is not liable for losses resulting from unauthorised access caused by member negligence.
These Terms are governed by and construed in accordance with applicable international gaming authority regulations under which laju44 operates.
Important Notice: These Terms & Conditions ("Terms") constitute a legally binding agreement between you ("Member", "you", "your") and laju44 ("laju44", "we", "us", "our") governing your access to and use of the laju44 platform, including the website located at laju44.asia, all associated mobile interfaces, games, sportsbook, and related services (collectively, the "Platform"). If you do not agree with any part of these Terms, you must immediately cease use of the Platform.
By accessing the laju44 Platform, creating a member account, making a deposit, or placing any bet or wager, you unconditionally accept and agree to be bound by these Terms in their entirety, together with our Privacy Policy and Responsible Gaming Policy, all of which are incorporated herein by reference.

Registration of multiple accounts by a single individual — whether under the same or different names, email addresses, or payment methods — is strictly prohibited and may result in immediate suspension of all associated accounts and forfeiture of any balances therein.
2.3 Accurate Information. You agree to provide accurate, current, and complete information at the time of registration and to promptly update such information to maintain its accuracy. laju44 is not responsible for any loss or inconvenience arising from inaccurate or outdated member information.
2.4 Jurisdictional Restrictions. It is your sole responsibility to ensure that your use of the laju44 Platform complies with all laws, regulations, and rules applicable to you in your jurisdiction. laju44 does not make any representation that the Platform or any service thereon is lawful in any particular jurisdiction.
3.1 Know Your Customer. In accordance with international gaming authority requirements and to prevent fraud, money laundering, and underage gambling, laju44 employs a Know Your Customer ("KYC") process. All Members are required to complete KYC verification before processing a withdrawal or, at laju44's discretion, before any other account action.

3.3 Withholding of Funds. laju44 reserves the right to withhold withdrawals pending satisfactory completion of KYC verification. Failure to provide adequate documentation within thirty (30) days of request may result in account suspension.
4.1 Accepted Payment Methods. laju44 accepts deposits and processes withdrawals via the following Malaysian payment methods: Maybank2u, CIMB Clicks, Public Bank, Hong Leong Connect, Touch 'n Go eWallet, Boost, GrabPay, DuitNow, and FPX. All transactions are denominated in Malaysian Ringgit (MYR / RM).
4.2 Minimum Deposit. The minimum deposit amount is RM 30, unless otherwise stated in a specific promotional offer. laju44 reserves the right to amend minimum deposit requirements at any time with reasonable notice.
4.3 Withdrawal Processing. Withdrawal requests submitted by verified Members are typically processed within twenty-four (24) hours. Actual receipt of funds is subject to the processing times of the respective financial institution or e-wallet provider. laju44 does not guarantee processing times and shall not be liable for delays attributable to third-party payment processors.
4.4 Same Payment Method Rule. laju44 may require that withdrawals be processed via the same payment method used for the corresponding deposit, subject to operational and compliance requirements.
4.5 Currency. All real-money play on the laju44 Platform is conducted in Malaysian Ringgit (RM). Currency conversion fees, where applicable, are the responsibility of the Member.
5.1 Bonus Terms. All bonuses, free bets, and promotional credits offered by laju44 are subject to specific terms and conditions which will be communicated to Members at the time of each offer. These Terms constitute the general framework; individual promotion pages set out the specific wagering requirements, eligible games, minimum odds, expiry dates, and maximum withdrawal amounts applicable to each offer.
5.2 Wagering Requirements. Bonus funds are subject to wagering requirements before they may be converted to withdrawable real-money balances. Wagering requirements and eligible games are specified on the relevant promotion page. laju44 reserves the right to void bonuses and associated winnings where bonus abuse, collusion, or system exploitation is detected.
5.3 One Bonus Per Promotion. Unless explicitly stated otherwise, each Member is entitled to claim a promotional offer once only. Attempting to claim the same promotion multiple times — including through duplicate accounts or the use of another person's account — constitutes a breach of these Terms.
5.4 Modification and Withdrawal of Offers. laju44 reserves the right to modify, suspend, or withdraw any promotional offer at any time without prior notice, provided that any such change does not adversely affect bonuses already accepted and in active play by Members.
6.1 Bet Acceptance. All bets placed on the laju44 Platform are subject to the applicable game rules, sportsbook rules, and any house rules communicated on the Platform. A bet is considered accepted only when confirmed by the laju44 system and a reference number is issued.
6.2 Errors. In the event of a manifest error — including but not limited to typographical errors in odds, pay tables, or game descriptions — laju44 reserves the right to void any bets placed in connection with such an error, regardless of whether the bet has already been settled. laju44 will notify affected Members and refund the stake where applicable.
6.3 Maximum Winnings. laju44 may impose maximum win limits on individual bets, games, or game sessions. Maximum win limits, where applicable, are published on the relevant game or sportsbook page.
6.4 Disconnections. laju44 is not responsible for bets lost, cancelled, or voided as a result of connectivity issues on the Member's end. Members are advised to maintain a stable internet connection during gaming sessions.

Breach of any of the above may result in immediate account suspension, forfeiture of funds, and reporting to relevant authorities where legally required.
All content on the laju44 Platform — including but not limited to text, graphics, logos, button icons, images, audio clips, data compilations, and software — is the property of laju44 or its content suppliers and is protected by applicable intellectual property laws.
You are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable licence to access and use the Platform for personal, non-commercial purposes only. You may not reproduce, distribute, modify, create derivative works of, publicly display, or exploit any content from the laju44 Platform without the prior written consent of laju44.
9.1 No Warranty. The laju44 Platform is provided on an "as is" and "as available" basis. laju44 makes no representations or warranties of any kind, express or implied, as to the operation of the Platform or the accuracy, completeness, or reliability of any information thereon.
9.2 Exclusion of Consequential Loss. To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, laju44 shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, including loss of profits, loss of data, or loss of goodwill, arising out of or in connection with your use of the Platform.
9.3 Maximum Liability. Where liability cannot be excluded entirely, laju44's total aggregate liability to you shall not exceed the total amount deposited by you in the twelve (12) months preceding the event giving rise to the claim.
9.4 Third-Party Content. The laju44 Platform may display content or games provided by third-party software providers. laju44 is not responsible for the accuracy, completeness, or legality of third-party content, and your use of third-party products is at your own risk.

11.1 Suspension by laju44. laju44 reserves the right to suspend or close any Member account at its sole discretion, with or without prior notice, in circumstances including but not limited to: breach of these Terms, suspected fraud, suspected money laundering, receipt of a chargeback, failure to complete KYC verification, or conduct detrimental to the integrity of the Platform.
11.2 Closure by Member. Members may request account closure at any time by contacting laju44's support team via live chat. Prior to closure, any outstanding wagering requirements attached to active bonuses will be assessed, and any bonus funds that have not met the applicable playthrough requirements will be forfeited.
11.3 Return of Funds on Closure. Where an account is closed in good standing and the Member's identity has been verified, any real-money balance (excluding bonus funds subject to unmet wagering requirements) will be returned to the Member via a payment method approved by laju44's compliance team.
laju44 reserves the right to amend these Terms at any time. Where a material change is made, laju44 will provide notice to Members via the Platform and/or by email to the registered address on file. Your continued use of the laju44 Platform following notification of any amendment shall be deemed your acceptance of the revised Terms.
These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the jurisdiction in which laju44 holds its gaming authority licence. Any dispute arising out of or in connection with these Terms — including any dispute as to their validity, breach, termination, or enforceability — shall be referred first to laju44's internal dispute resolution process. laju44 endeavours to resolve all disputes within fourteen (14) calendar days of receipt of a formal written complaint. If a dispute cannot be resolved through internal processes, the matter may be referred to the relevant regulatory authority under whose licence laju44 operates.
